Hey, everyone!

That’s right…It’s time to wake up, pull off the covers, and get moving! The Team Transplant spring season is now upon us, and our first official practice is scheduled for Saturday, March 21st at 8:00am. I’m sure we can all agree that this winter business has gone on far too long so let’s all hope for some bright sunshine (or at least not snow) to help us launch our inaugural Rock’n Roll training program! It’s sure to be an exciting new adventure, full of new practice routes, good training weather, and, of course, the usual TT spirit and camaraderie. I look forward to seeing you all on Saturday morning!

Some reminders….

First Spring Team Transplant practice:
Saturday, March 21st, 8:00am. We will meet at the dirt track across from Green Lake (It’s across the street from the Aquatheater and Pitch’n Putt and betwen the soccer fields and tennis courts)…Look for a wave of Gatorade Green and the Team Transplant banner in the West parking lot. Let me know if you need the “Direction to Practices” sheet.

Practice Protocol:
You will need to sign in when you show up for practice and sign out when you leave. Please make sure that you have our TT Emergency Phone Number with you: (206) 802-8713 Call this number if:

* you (or someone around you) encounters problems during the workout…
* you get lost and can’t find us
* you leave practice and forget to sign-out

Entering the Race:
Remember you must do this yourself, and it must be done online to get the discounted entry fee (http://www.rnrseattle.com/registration.html) As members of Team Transplant, you are eligible for the following discounts…Be sure to use the appropriate coupon codes when you sign up:

* Half Marathon entry: TEAMTXHALF ($85)
* Marathon entry: TEAMTXFULL ($100)

Team Apparel:
We should have the apparel available at practices. Our inventory includes select sizes in the Wasabi Green long sleeve shirts as well as the Gatorade-Green short sleeves from last fall. Additionally, we have plenty of hats and socks available. Wearing Team Transplant gear is an awesome way to spread the Team Transplant spirit!

Training Schedules/Registration Forms/Physician Release Forms:
Forms need to be turned in before your first practice! And training schedules will let you know where we practice…Let me know if you missed getting something!

* Registration Forms Need to be submitted by everyone who was not a part of the Fall training program
* Physician Release Forms Need to be submitted by all transplant recipients who were not a part of the Fall training program
* Training Schedules Available for Beginning and Advanced Walkers; Begining, Intermediate, and Advanced Runners.

That’s all for now…Let me know if you have any questions…

Happy training, y’all!

Alysun
