Beat the Bridge, Capital City Events!

Filed under: for team members, upcoming.Sunday, May 17th…Beat the Bridge or Capital Cities 8k…Speaking of losing track of time and being distracted…these events are coming up very quickly! They are scheduled into our training to give you a chance to gain some race experience before the actual half marathon and to give you a way to measure your progress. For BTB, walkers should probably sign up for the 4-mile family walk. Note: We will not have practice that Saturday (May 16th).
